Jim Patterson, LCDC has been a chemical dependency counselor in the greater Houston area for over 23 years.  He has been developing programs, managing Outpatient and Inpatient programs and has served as Clinical Director for Texas area clinics including a progressive addictions clinic located in Belize.   He has served as the representative for his local chapter of addiction professionals and has gone to Washington DC to represent Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors from the greater Houston area. 

With over 23 years experience as a chemical dependency counselor and educator, Jim is well known with other therapists, physicians and area psychiatrists.  He has set up outpatient centers for Memorial Hermann Hospital and has worked overseas as a clinical director for Puerto Rico and Belize.   He is an active proponent of recovery for individuals and their families.  He has also conducted over two dozen successful treatment interventions in Texas, New Mexico and California.
