Allied Counseling Associates programs have a series of proven, practical approaches dedicated to meet your goal of long term recovery. We will work together in an empowering and non-shaming manner to better understand and resolve the many challenges in your life. By applying complementary and often innovative counseling approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing self defeating behavioral patterns and internalized concepts that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Services for recovery counseling include individual counseling, group counseling and a combination of both. Every individual has a specialized treatment plan that is developed from a series of assessments. Each individual will build their own respective relapse prevention plan and and have a series of daily Simple, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely (SMART) goals that they can complete on a daily basis to maintain their recovery and integrity. Each treatment plan is individualized and goals and problem areas are agreed upon and documented in each client's confidential record. After an individual successfuly completes their assigned program, they will be integrated into the year long complementary "ACA Rock Your Life" Aftercare program.

With your permission, we will include your family and/or significant other into the counseling process when you are ready, so that your loved ones can learn about the disease of addiction, ask questions and join in healing. Families are deeply hurt by addiction and need effective, compassionate counseling.
