It is important to understand that two separate entities operate out of the Allied Counseling Associates Office.

1.) The first, which is the Allied Counseling Associates which offers individual counseling and education has the following rates:

$65 per 50-minute indivdual session. $75 per 2-1/2 hr group session. (Typical IOP program lasts 20 sessions.)

Insurance
At this time insurance cases are not being accepted Allied Counseling Associates. In many instances the costs of this program usually falls within the range of a person's copayment. Special cases will be considered where arrangements can be made for payment with your insurance company.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a case by case basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards with the exception of American Express are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the seson.

2.) The second enitity, The Right Step IOP, operates out of this facility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00PM to 9:00PM.
The Right Step (TRS Behavioral Care Inc.) IOP in Conroe is the preferred provider of the following insurance companies;

Aetna Behavioral Health
United Behavioral Health (UBH)
